Domino's Pizza | Vibhag, Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at Domino's! We went to dine in, and the staff was incredibly unprofessional. One of the staff members rudely told us that they were out of cheese. When we placed an order online, it was confirmed, and even showed that it was being prepared. But when we went to the store to check, another staff member initially said yes, the order was being made, but then the same rude staff member interrupted, whispered something to him, and suddenly he changed his story, saying they didn't have cheese and couldn't fulfill our order.

When we questioned how they could accept and start preparing an order without having the necessary ingredients, she just canceled our order without any explanation! We even tried to reorder by phone, and this time, they said the pizza was available. We recorded the entire call as proof.

It's outrageous that she would lie and deny service just because we wanted to dine in. This level of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable. We won't be returning to this location ever again, and I recommend others...

pizza quality is very bad only few drops of cheese sprinkled seen in photo. red area of pizza base shown on top without cheese. also white paper is not put below pizza. pizza directly put in box. I am regular customer of domino's. my worst experience till now from domino's also this issue not Upto me so many customers suffers from this issue but due to lack of knowledge no one gives review. this branch is reduce the franchise value of domino's. pls take strictly action on this issue. my today's order replaced from manager due too poor quality but replaced order is also worst quality . road side non branded pizza have also more cheese then my ordered domino's pizza. also my time waste due to remake the pizza but no improvise. this shows that store material is also waste two times but no get batter result behalf of this maintain Quality in first time is important. My experience at the Domino's Uma Colony, Vadodara outlet today was extremely disappointing. I had ordered a "Meal for Two" for dine-in. Our order was brought to our table, and upon confirming my name as "Karan," we started eating.

A while later, the outlet's in-charge, Mr. Amjad Khan, approached us and informed us that the order was not ours but belonged to another customer also named Karan. He then proceeded to shout at us in front of about 20-25 people and behaved very rudely. When I politely asked him to speak calmly, he replied, "My voice is just like this."

He blamed us publicly, even though our order and the one we received were almost identical, leading to our confusion. Despite their mistake, he yelled at us and refused to acknowledge their error. We paid for the incorrect order, but his misbehavior and public shaming were unacceptable.

The customer service at this outlet, especially the conduct of in-charge Amjad Khan, is very poor. I advise others to be cautious before visiting...
